I was lead for a team which ranged from anywhere between 5 and 20 people.
My responsibility was to produce and manage the localisation of screen content for the the iPhone, iPad, iPod and watch for numerous countries across various marcom functions, which include:

-interactive (web/DM)
-video / motion graphics.

Organisation and time keeping are factors to make deadlines. Working directly with the client and various teams we localised the Apple website for product launches for various products and devices for over 30 different countries around the world.

The main aim was to maintain a high quality finish of work yet at a decent rate of volume to meet deadlines. As team lead, the better relationship I had with the team meant they were more enthusiastic about work therefore quality and consistency was better.

– Lead and support a team of digital designers

– Communicating with the US Team and various other Local markets

– Making sure work was delivered on time to a high standard

– Working on embargoed work maximising security and secrecy
